I posted on the Wow Insider that I honestly think that the top world guilds will remain 25 man because I believe they are stubborn (As many of us are) that we like the challenge of the 25 man ~ Like Wog said above. There is something that 25 mans have that 10 mans (or LFR) will never have ~ It's that little extra that makes it that much better.
