Not to push you to app here specifically, but it looks pretty obvious to me that you are frustrated and not having fun with your current guild. If that is indeed the case, you should seriously consider taking a break or finding a new guild. This is a game, you should be having fun playing it. While I do think there is a certain amount of commitment you make when you are a raider in a guild, in the end, if logging on to raid is frustrating and feeling like a chore/job, it is probably time to change something.
